Who is responsible

ajoi LLC, based in Delaware, United States, is responsible for the data you leave on this site. For any question about your data, write to us at [email protected].

What data we ask for

When you reserve an ajoi we keep:

• Your email, your full name, your phone number and your country.
• What you reserved: how many ajoi, which color and the price.
• Whether or not you agreed to receive news from us.
• Technical details of the visit: which link or campaign brought you, your browser language and your approximate country based on your connection.

We don’t ask for any data about children. The form is filled in by an adult.

What we use it for

• To keep your reservation and write to you 15 days before shipping to arrange payment.
• To arrange shipping your ajoi with you.
• If you ticked the box, to send you ajoi news. We promise no spam, and you can unsubscribe any time.
• To learn which campaigns work, without tracking you on other sites.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the ajoi team. To run the site we use two services: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores the reservations and blocks form spam, and Google, where the team’s reservations sheet lives.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The form’s spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks your browser only to make sure you’re not a robot.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop sending you news. Write to us at [email protected] from the email you reserved with and we’ll take care of it.
